When God set the world in place,
when He hung the stars up in space,
when He made the land and the sea,
then He made you and me.

He sat back and saw all that was good,
He saw things to be as they should.
Just one more blessing He had in store;
He created a mother, but whatever for?

He knew a mother would have a special place
to shine His reflection on her child's face.
A mother will walk the extra mile
just to see her children smile.
She'll work her fingers to the bone
to make a house into a home.

A mother is there to teach and guide,
a mother will stay right by your side.
She'll be there through your pain and strife,
she'll stay constant in your life.

A mother will lend a helping hand
until you have the strength to stand.

A mother is one who listens well,
will keep her word; will never tell.

A mother never pokes or pries

akshaya tritiya

Akshaya Tritiya, variously spelt as Akshya Thiritiya, Akshaya Trutheeya, Akshaya Tritiiya and also called Akshaya Trithi, is one of the four most auspicious days of the year for Hindus Akshaya Tritiya, is an auspicious or pious day in Hindu calendar that is also consider as  Akha Teej. Akshaya Tritiya is a Hindu and Jain holy day, that falls on the third Tithi (Lunar day) of Bright Half (Shukla Paksha) of Hindi month of Vaishakha.

In 2011 Akshaya Tritiya falls on 6^th May 2011 and Indian people celebrate it with great enthusiasm.

The word Akshaya, a Sanskrit word, literally means one that never diminishes, and the day is believed to bring good luck and success.
The people of different parts of India celebrate this festival with their respective faith, and also assume that on this day they are blessed by god to bring good luck and success in their life. On this auspicious day is it’s particularly considered to buy long term assets like gold and silver, including ornaments made of the same; diamond and other precious stones; and the real estate. The Indian myths also states that any endeavour initiated on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya shall continue to grow and bring prosperity in the lives. So, people generally begin new ventures, like starting a trade, ground contravention for construction etc. on the auspicious day Akshaya Tritiya.

On the auspictious day of Akshaya Tritiya Hindu people worship the Lord Vishnu/Laxmi/Ganesh/Parshuram, Some people taking fast/making a charity to needy people and purchase of gold/silver/properties and long term assets that they demonstrates the prosperity in their lives and that silhouettes the lives of the generation next.

Reason for worshiping  Akshaya Tritiya.:- Jainism is one of the oldest known religions of world. Rishabhadeva alias Adinath is the first Tirthankara of the Jains. The Day of Akshay Tritiya is worshipped and said to be auspicious in Jainism because -Tirthankara Rishabhadeva was the king of Ayodhya. Upon attaining enlightenment, he gave up all worldly pleasures and chose to lead the life of an ascetic and became a Jain monk. Jain monks do not own anything. They do not even cook food for themselves. When hungry or thirsty, they go to the people and ask for food or drinking water. Tirthankara Rishabhadeva also went to people and asked food. However, the people of that time did not know anything about the lives and disciplines of monks, as he was the first monk of his era. The people of Ayodhya offered him gold, jewellery, gemstones, elephants, horses, expensive garments and even their daughters to honour their beloved king. Rishabhadeva was not in quest of all these. He sought only a morsel of food, but nobody offered it to him. Nobody understood that their king was asking for food. As there was no choice, he had to fast for a long time until his grandson Shreyansha Kumara understood his need. Finally Shreyansha Kumara, offered him sugarcane juice and thus Rishabhadeva ended his fast after a year. This was on the day of Akshaya Tritiya. This is considered by the Jains as one of the best offerings. It is believed that religious gifts bestowed on Akshaya Tritiya become inexhaustible. Jains even today, observe a fast to commemorate their first Tirthankara Rishabhadeva on Akshaya Tritiya and end their fast with sugarcane juice.As per Hindus, this day is ruled by god Vishnu, the preserver-god in the Hindu Trinity. It is also traditionally celebrated as the birthday of the Hindu sage Parashurama, the sixth Avatar (incarnation) of the god Vishnu. According to Hindu mythology, on this day the Treta Yuga began and the river Ganges, the most sacred river of India, descended to the earth from the heaven.

Significance of Akshaya Tritiya
Akshaya tritiya is also called Akha Teej. According to Hindu culture this is the most significant day to start new ventures and to perform sacred deeds. There is more than one reason to celebrate Akshaya tritiya. Following points illustrate the importance of Akshaya tritiya as the most auspicious of all days:

• Brightest Day: Akshaya tritiya is the brightest day of the yearaccording to Hindu astrology. On this day the planet Sun and planet moon are in such an astrological position that they emit maximum light throughout day and night. Indians take special delight in celebrating bright days of summer. Thus Akshaya tritiya is the celebrated with great gusto.
• Parshuram jayanti: It was on the day of Akshaya tritiya that Parshuram, the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu took place. Thus is a special day for devotees of Lord Vishnu.
• Mahabharata Day: Mythological experts believe that the greatliterature Mahabharata was initiated on this day. Vedavyas and Lord Ganesh began the great literature on this day, thus called it Mahabharata day.
• Jains Fasting Day: Sri Rishabhdev, the first ‘Thirtankar’ of Jain broke his fast after fasting for one whole year. Jains fast on this day to commemorate his sacrifice.

Akshya tritya Celebrations:
There should be some occasion otherwise we are ready to celebrate any day. Yes. You can celebrate Akshya tritya in your own way. But it is best celebrated by buying gold or gifting gold to your dear ones.

‘Akshaya’ means never diminishing. Gold or silver or any valuable bought on this day will never diminishes. Thus people celebrate it with gold as thesymbol of wealth and prosperity.

Akshaya Tritiya Rituals:
Devotees of Vishnu take up several rituals on this day. They do Lakshmipoojan. They go to Vishnu temples and seek for good pleasure of Lord. They do Tulasi pooja and take part in charity of food and clothes.

GUDI UBHARLI AAPLYA DAARI

In  INDIA, festivals have been closely associated with  taking important decisions and the auspicious occasion of GUDI PADWA  is one such time .
considered one of the 'sade teen' muhurats the festival to be celebrated on 4 april bears much significance. In Maharashtra, gudi padwa  is a day chosen to start anything new or make an imp investments in property , gold , and silver. it also marks the end of one harvest and beginning of new one, signifying   beginning of New Year by Maharashtrians.

  Gudi Padwa, also known as Ugadi, is celebrated on the first day of the Hindu month of Chaitra, which according to the Gregorian calendar would fall sometime at the end of March and the beginning of April. This festival is supposed to mark the beginning of 'Vasant' or spring. According to the 'Brahma Purana', this is the day on which Brahma created the world after the deluge and time began to tick from this day forth. time began to tick from this day forth. 

India was, and still is to a certain extent, a predominantly agrarian society. Thus, celebrations and festivals were often linked to the turn of the season and to the sowing and reaping of crops. There is a theory that the word 'padwa' might have its roots in the Sanskrit word for crop, which is 'Pradurbhu.' The word 'padwa' as used contemporarily means 'New Year', but this day also marks the end of one harvest and the beginning of a new one, which for an agricultural community would signify the beginning of a New Year. In the case of Gudi Padwa, it is celebrated at the end of the Rabi season. The term 'padava' or 'padavo' is also associated with Diwali, another New Year celebration that comes at the end of the harvesting season, thus substantiating the agricultural link to the festival.  

The 'gudi'
While the 'padwa' part has been explained, you're probably wondering what a 'gudi' is. A 'gudi' is a pole on top of which an upturned brass or silver pot called a kalash is placed. The gudi is covered with a colourful silk cloth and decorated with coconuts, marigolds and mango leaves that symbolize nature's bounty. On Gudi Padwa, you will find gudis hanging out of windows or otherwise prominently displayed in traditional Maharashtrian households. 
Some Maharashtrians see the gudis as a symbol of victory associated with the conquests of the Maratha forces lead by the great hero Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Gudis are also displayed as they are expected to ward off evil and invite prosperity and good luck into the house. 

there is a traditional relationship between the festival of gudi padwa and 'rangoli' drawing a rangoli is  considered to be a holy ritual on this day. people draw intricate rangoli designs at doorsteps this is belived to bring wealth and prosperity into the home the vibrant shades of the rangoli also reflect the brust of colours associated with the fresh season of spring . holy symbols such as the swastik , om , mangal kalash etc are common rangoli designs

this festival is also known as  Samvatsar Padvo among Hindu konkanis of goa 

Yugadi among the rest of konkani's i diaspora in Karnataka and Kerala   Nav Varsha Samvat among the North Indian states of Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh

In other parts of India this festival is celebrated during

 Nau Roz in Kashmir  Baisakhi in Punjab   Cheti Chand among the Sindhi people    Goru Bihu in Assam   Puthandu in Tamil Nadu and   Yugadi in Andhra Pradesh  Vishu in Kerala.

cricket ka funda

When India plays Pakistan it is mostly always a case of India’s skill with the bat against Pakistan’s prowess with the ball. many describe India-Pakistan cricket as "war minus the nuclear missiles".I know that each and every Indians want to see this tough war between IND  vs PAK match except me i know its a shocking news for all but its a fact. i never see cricket any cricket match 

Forget my issue i was talking about cricket yes, many of my friend are really mad for cricket.they are awake whole night just to see the match they forget everything when they are watching cricket they even forget that exams are going now and they are not even bother for there exams they are really true fans for cricket hats off to them really 

But problem is that for them it will be very hard time on Wednesday because they have their exams on that day i am really feeling pity on them many of my friends have board exam too on that day why the hell university plans board exams at the time of world cup or IPL cricket match no answer. they have no feelings for the true cricket fans why this happens with them all the time why they have to suffer everytime  world cup comes rarely and this fans  are always waiting for this movement 

i think that on Wednesday and on the finals there should be declared official holiday so that this fans can enjoy watching cricket match as much as they want my fingers are crossed  for this fans hope that this should be happen     
   

HOLI  IN  TELLYWOOD

Indian television always provide entrainment to their viewers with celebrating each and every festival , India is country of festival and Indian television always connects itself with viewers celebrating each n every festival whether it would be biggest festival to smallest festival they always grab chance to make their viewers happy giving them some refreshment with their regular stories and Sometimes some soaps gives high points with such a festival ,and some channels also give some refreshing special shows for any festival to entertain their viewers and for raising their trps such a festival always gives them good trps and viewers as well and with this actors and actress get time to enjoy such a festival's atmosphere as in regular shooting its seriously hard for them to celebrate and to get offs on set 

From so many years tellywood has also become part of this festival celebration holi on screen and off screen with their co-stars celebrating festival of colors enjoying it during holi season stars come in festival of color's mood spreading wonderful colors in their fan's heart with their wonderful treat of holi specials 

His tradition is being followed by all channels and all shows , to celebrate this festival of happiness with colors , in such a special epi actors and actress gets chance to meet their fellow stars as in hectic schedule of shooting they won't get time but such a crossover or mega episodes always cheers them with meeting new people and their fellow stars 

Such shooting schedules creates atmosphere of real festival with colors , pichakaris ,sweets and bhang ,but sometimes its seriously creates havoc for actors and actress everyday 's regular shooting of this festival and applying colors and full of drenched in water affects them but as it is said show must go on n they without any complain do their work , kyuki bura na mano holi haiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

DRAWING A CREATIVE SKILL

guys this is a story of mine when i was young at that age frankly speaking i couldn't draw anything as my mom was a artist she use to draw in my drawing books assignment  and till 5th std  i couldn't even draw a single curved  line in my early school days then how it is possible today for me to draw and paint  shocking na 
yes there is a reason behind this skill after 5th std my mom got tired drawing in my book assignment so she decided to teach me a lesson so my mom forced me to draw whether it would be wrong never mind but u have to draw  and really i was  bad in drawing but my mom said u have to practice have patience  one day u will achieve your goal and u can see today that i can draw very nicely in early age i hate drawing but today drawing is my soul without drawing and painting i am an empty box thats it its my passion to draw 

 

this is my painting which is my favorite even today i can't believe that this painting is drawn by me but this credit goes to only and only to my mom who inspired me to draw like her she have seen something in me that i have never seen in me 

each and everyone can draw they have ability to do it but they never think to do it at least try to draw don't become an artist but draw for a your fun take inspiration from someone who can draw try to draw like them im sure that little bit u can draw like them don't try to draw as others can draw and u can't draw like as if  you are a trained  if u can't draw practice it

tips to be remember while drawing :- 

1.             Never give up drawing if it is truly a good hobby to you.
2.             Don't compare your drawings to a famous artist's, remember that they are  professionals and have been practicing their whole life.
3.           Remember that drawing is NOT a competition and you are doing this to have fun.Practice.
4.          Experiment with different paper types and textures. Pencil on Bristol board has a different look and feel than pencil on cotton fiber paper. Find a surface that appeals  to you.
5.             Ask for some constructive criticism (note: this means ask someone if they can point out a few flaws in the drawing, but also ask them if they know any ways to improve so the flaws can be fixed or minimized)
6.             Don't stick to one media all the time, experiment with whatever you can get your hands on
7.           Shading in one direction (as in a straight line) is good for most objects, but for things like animals or leaves shading along with the curves of the object will help it pop out even more.

Drawing is one of the most important activities that you can do. Drawing not only provides the basis for other creative activities - like painting, sculpture and printmaking - but it also provides a direct link with reading, writing and especially mathematics. The connection between drawing and geometric shapes and measurements simply cannot be denied. And do you know what else? Drawing is the single most accessible form of art available. All you need (to begin with), is a pencil and a sheet of paper.
